Throughout the ten weeks you will be weighed, and at the begining and end of your course your body measurments will be taken so we can monitor your inch loss aswel as your weight loss.
It is important that you combine diet with exercise to keep the weight off permanently, so you will start off gradually and make steady progress at your own pace.
You will be shown how to use each peice of equipment and advise on a program to suit your own individual needs by one of our qualified instructors.
